Super mario 3 ice world9/22/2023 ![]() The road then splits and gives the racer a choice of taking a narrow road with a series of Dash Panels, where a Starshroom can be seen on the right, or a wide path with no boosts. After the icy area, racers go through a cavern with icicles protruding from the ground, which can be shattered. The second lap, however requires racers to go underwater unless they have a Mushroom, use the Super Mini-Turbo, or drive straight after the curve with at least eight coins and hold the Circle Pad down, as the kart goes higher when this is done. After passing under the beginning of the turn and continuing forward, a small ramp allows racers to jump onto an icy area with penguins and a few coins, with the first lap giving them a choice of the icy path, or an underwater cavern filled with more coins. The racers then take a slight turn to the right and pass through a halfpipe-like three-quarters turn with the right edge as a pit and some coins. The course starts off in a snowy area with snow covered domes and a structure resembling the Comet Observatory off to the side. The course returns in Mario Kart Tour, making its first appearance in the Rosalina Tour. This is the second Special Cup course to take place in a snow/ice-themed area, the first being Vanilla Lake 2 in Super Mario Kart. The drivers can dive underwater where some penguins swim, in an area which strongly resembles the main planet of Cosmic Cove Galaxy. Located on an icy road, it is the first and only course in the Mario Kart series to be owned by Rosalina, and as a result draws inspiration from the Super Mario Galaxy installments. 3 / Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros.Rosalina's Ice World is the second race course of the Special Cup in Mario Kart 7. Power-ups: 4 ( Super Mushroom or Fire Flower, Super Mushroom or Super Leaf, and 2 Starmen (only if Mario is invincible)).Coins: 58 (2 in ? Blocks and 41 from a Switch Block).Past them is a Ptooie in a pipe in front of a short gap, after which is the goal. The Ice Blocks continue with a few gaps to give Mario a pathway to avoid the two Ptooies and red Para-Goomba below. This ? Block produces either a Super Mushroom or a Super Leaf. To the right of this Warp Pipe is a series of Ice Blocks serving as a platform for the ? Block above. There is another Warp Pipe at the end of this platform with another ? Block next to it that produces a coin (or Starman if Mario is invincible) when he hits it. Past this Venus Fire Trap is another Ptooie walking on a snowy platform. After these gaps, Mario encounters a Venus Fire Trap in another Warp Pipe. Had Mario began the level as Invincible Mario, this ? Block would have produced a Starman if he hit it while still invincible. To the right of the Warp Pipe is a ? Block that produces a coin and two one-block gaps in the ground. The exit door drops Mario from the sky back to the snowy ground below the entrance door. There is a platform of Ice Blocks above that lead to a Switch Block, creating a passage to the exit door. The exit door is on the other side, but there are Brick Blacks completely covering the pathway. This door leads to a secret area covered in Ice Blocks. Mario can only find this door if he has a Super Leaf, Tanooki Suit, or a P-Wing. Above this snowy platform surrounded by the level's first two Warp Pipes is a Warp Door resting on a platform of Wood Blocks. There is a Warp Pipe containing a Piranha Plant to the right of this Ptooie. Mario finds himself on another snowy platform with a Ptooie walking back and forth. Mario must clear the Ptooie with a jump or a fireball. Below the Ice Blocks is a Ptooie sticking out of a Warp Pipe while blowing a spiked ball. This ? Block produces either a Super Mushroom or Fire Flower when hit. Above the final Ice Block is a ? Block being bordered by two standard Brick Blocks to its left. These Ice Blocks are interrupted by a one-block gap, but continue after that. Mario begins the level on a snowy platform with a series of Ice Blocks above him. Completing this level gives access to World 6-2 and World 6-3. It is playable after completing World 5. World 6-1 is the first level of Ice Land in Super Mario Bros.
